The Chinese Consulate General in New York has always been committed to deepening friendly exchanges and result-oriented cooperation with states in our consular district, promoting the stable development of China-U.S. relations. We are committed to maintaining normal exchanges with all sectors in the consular district in accordance with relevant international law and international practices, and never intervene in the U.S. sub-national internal affairs. The relevant resolutions express the shared aspirations of all walks of life in New York State to develop China-U.S. friendship and mutually beneficial cooperation, as well as the strong desire to maintain the stable development of China-U.S. relations.

Over the years, close exchanges are maintained at sub-national level and between the two peoples. The strength to support the friendly cooperation between China and the U.S. never stops growing, which fully illustrates that, with their interests deeply intertwined, the two countries share broad common interests in a wide range of areas. Cooperation between China and the U.S. is desired by two peoples, and such a popular trend cannot be reversed. Those who seek to disrupt bilateral relations are driven by political gains and narrow-minded prejudice.
