Effective from March 15th, 2021, the Passport and Visa Office of the Chinese Consulate General in New York adjusted the contact email address as follows: 

I. The email address cnnyconsulate@gmail.com will only be for inquiries related to passport and travel document issues for Chinese citizens;

II. The newly added email address visaoffice.ny@gmail.com will be for inquiries related to Chinese Visa, Notarization/Authentication. 

In order to get quick and effective responses, applicants are advised to contact the corresponding email address accordingly.
