From November 1, 2022（EST）， the Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in New York will use new Email addresses for Visa, Passport, and Authentication Inquiries.

The new Email addresses are as follows:

Visa: ny_visa@csm.mfa.gov.cn

Chinese Passport and Travel Document: ny_hz@csm.mfa.gov.cn

Authentication: ny_gzrz@csm.mfa.gov.cn

Both the old and new email addresses can be used during the transition period between November 1 and 14. From November 15 on, the former email addresses (visaoffice.ny@vip.163.com;cnnyconsulate@vip.163.com;cnnyconsulate@vip.163.com) will no longer process new Emails.
