On March 24 2026, the Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in New York officially launched the “2026 Consular Services in the Community” program. The inaugural event of the year was held in Manhattan’s Chinatown. Consul General Chen Li delivered a keynote speech and personally assisted overseas Chinese citizens with their consular needs.
